The VRC 1000 is a receiver operating in the frequency band from 900 MHz to 3200 MHz. It is adjustable on the front panel by preset switches at intervals of 1 MHz.
The SCG-VRC 1000 can be supplied with diversity switching (VRC 1000D), and a stereo option is also available.
The unit features A & B switching for audio sub-carrier 5.5 MHz or 7.2 MHz.
An RF level meter is included on the front panel.
Power requirement is 12 Vdc from battery or power supply.
The unit is complete in its own solid aluminum housing, measuring 103 mm x 42 mm x 168 mm.
A full range of antennas is available depending on application
